4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining accurate information, safeguarding your login credentials and all activity carried out through your account.

5. Bookings

Bookings made through Verity Movement are subject to the applicable Booking & Cancellation Policy and any additional studio or instructor terms disclosed before booking.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through approved payment providers. Fees, refunds and payout schedules are governed by Verity Movement's payment policies.

7. Professional Verification

Verification confirms that documentation has been reviewed against Verity Movement's published standards. Verification is not a guarantee of future performance or outcomes.

8. User Responsibilities

Users must act lawfully, respectfully and honestly. False information, harassment, fraud or misuse of the platform may result in suspension or permanent removal.

9. Intellectual Property

All Verity Movement branding, software, content and trademarks remain the property of Verity Movement unless otherwise stated.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verity Movement is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or services provided by third parties.

11. Suspension and Termination

Verity Movement may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law or Verity Movement policies.

12. Changes to These Terms

Verity Movement may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
